It was 6 of us so I had only purchased 3 wrist bands for all day dining. I got the bacon cheeseburger the cheese was cold fries were cold, so something told be check meat on bun and sure enough the meat was cold, as if the burger had just been sitting on counter the whole time. I looked at my phone for time because we had wrist bands for all day dining we could get food every 90 minutes. We order the food at the same time it took 22 minutes to get my food because they lost ticket. We was picking out place to go eat my sister chose coasters bad Idea!!!! they gave my sister her food really fast. Well that was the only problem we had in oceans of fun. We were in the oceans of fun section at this time. We waited for over 30 minutes at the register to get our wrist bands because tIhe workers were having problems doing it because they were not trained properly. We arrived around 2:30 on Saturday it started off ok, but when it was time to get something to drink and get our wrist bands that's when it all started. Horrible experience my sister in her kids came from Oklahoma to go here. The only thing I do not like about Worlds of Fun is that there's almost no way to escape the heat. The best part of my trip was the rides (mostly Patriot).

Last year, I was staying in KC for the summer and I got a season pass for this park. For a separate admission you can also visit Oceans of Fun, the water park next door. Typical flat rides, children's rides, shows, as well as water rides are scattered throughout the park. Among its seven roller coasters, three of them should be noted: Patriot (B&M Invert), Prowler (GCI wooden coaster) and Mamba (Morgan Hypercoaster).

Since 1973, Worlds of Fun has been entertaining guests with five major sections themed around Jules Verne's "Around the World In Eighty Days." In 1995, the park was purchased by Cedar Fair Entertainment.
