Morrowind Rebirth (Improves graphics and expands almost every part of the game. MGE XE (for new computers)/ FPS Optimizer (for old computers) - Widescreen resolutions and more. I highly recommend against starting your first play-through without a similar mod. Even Bethesda recognized the need for that feature as they delayed the expansion in their XBOX version.
